Pool temperature is checked every two hours. The bar is restocked before anyone sees it run dry. We learn your name on day one and your coffee on day two. None of that sounds remarkable on its own. What matters is that we repeat it for every guest, every day, across 20 years.
There is a right way to do this work and a wrong way. Across 20 years we chose one path and held to it. Everyone on our team — from reception to the kitchen porters — was selected, trained and retained because they share the same sense of what excellence means. A building alone cannot create that. People do.

A shore retreat, shaped across 20 years.
Opened in 2006 along a private length of Mediterranean coast, Silvergrovecourt was built for guests who judge worth by how a place feels, not by what it shows off. We began with six rooms, a kitchen, and a modest bar. Now we hold 110 keys, four restaurants and three private gaming salons, yet that first kitchen still serves dinner each evening.
From the casino floors to the spa terraces, every space and every ritual is guided by people who have devoted their careers to hospitality. Our head sommelier has remained with us for many years. Continuity is not a slogan here; it is the whole idea.
We carry a five-star rating from every guide that counts, yet the praise we treasure most is the one we cannot hang on a wall: more than 62 percent of our bookings each year come from guests who have stayed before. That is the sole figure we track.
